The Sipsaru team that is composed of several professionals will devote their time and money and share their expertise on a voluntary basis without seeking personal publicity and ensure minimum overhead costs.
- Will nurture the capabilities of the School community; students. teachers and parents by empowering them and efforts will be taken not to create a dependability
- Always will work in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health, two main Government Ministries with a stake in education as well as school health and will conform to the guidelines and circulars issued by these two Ministries
- All activities undertaken will be implemented with full involvement and ownership of the school community; children, teachers and the parents of the children
- The partnership with chosen school/s will be maximum for a period of 4- 6 years
- Dehigastenna Vidyalaya , Ginigathena is selected as the first school.
